Peter Conway

Peter has an extensive career in the securities industry spanning 40 years. He is an Affiliate of the Australian Stock Exchange Ltd, a Master Stock Broker Member of the Securities and Derivatives Association of Australia, and a Responsible Officer under the Australian Financial Services Legislation. Peter's distinguished career includes senior roles with ETrade Australia (Founding Director), ANZ Securities Ltd (Board member/Chief Operating Officer), Ord Minnett Group Ltd (Board Member/Director), and Salomon Smith Barney (Head of Retail Stockbroking) and until recently Director and Chairman of the Compliance Committee for National Australia Bank's stockbroking arm (National Online Trading). His current positions include Responsible Officer of the Investment Management vehicle for Freeman Fox, and Managing Director/Responsible Executive under ASX regulations for the stockbroking vehicle Freeman Fox Ltd. He is also a Director of Fox Invest Ltd, the funds under management entity as well as Property Fox Ltd No 1 and 2, the property investment division.

Michael Shreeve

Michael has qualifications from the University of NSW (Economics, 1 st Class Honours) and the Australian Graduate School of Management, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Michael's roles have included Chief Operating Officer of the group of companies including Australian Finance Solutions and Austmortgage; Executive General Manager of ASX-listed FirstFolio Limited, with responsibility for subsidiaries Australian Wholesale Lending, The Mortgage Processing Centre, and New Loan; Executive Director of the peak industry body for Australia's Trustee Corporations; establishing for Australia's four major banks an electronic cash system based on smartcards (Mondex - subsequently acquired by Mastercard); and senior roles with the Reserve Bank of Australia across many departments in Sydney and New York.

Brian Boardman

Brian is a licensed valuer and real estate agent and has a distinguished career in property, including senior roles with Raine & Horne, Knight Frank, and with his own companies as principal and developer of many residential and commercial developments. Brian has been involved with developments totalling several hundred million dollars, and other property transactions totalling several billion dollars.

Rean Kirby

Rean is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Diploma of Financial Planning through Deakin University . Rean's career commenced with Coles Myer and involved senior management positions including GM of Grace Bros Macquarie Centre (with over 1,000 staff and annual sales exceeding $100m), and Regional General Manager of 12 NSW Country Stores. Since 1994, Rean has been in the financial planning industry with considerable focus on property. This has included roles as Director and GM of Beacon Property Investments who designed and sold Cobbs Heritage Village (over 80 dwellings), and sold an additional 140 dwellings spanning 6 other projects. Rean's clients have invested in excess of $65m in property.
